A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

1. Around October 15, 2012, the Defendant sent the Defendant’s husband’s cell phone at the same place as the above Paragraph 1 of the same Article, and sent the Defendant a message that the Defendant would purchase the apartment by auction, pretending to be J, with the Defendant’s husband’s cell phone.
On the same day, the Defendant asked the victim F, who is the mother of K, to ask whether he can purchase an apartment by auction from the victim F, and the victim, who is the victim, will be able to move into the auction price of KRW 78 million and KRW 2050,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.
