When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On August 6, 2017, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.131% during blood transfusions. On the roads of the Gu-Jan Village apartment located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, to Seo-gu, Daejeon 1.5km in the front of the road.
