Reasons

The summary of the facts charged in this case is as follows: (a) around 01:00 on January 29, 2013, the defendant met with the 4th floor security guards office in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu, about 01:0, where the victim C (manam and 20 years of age) met with buckbucks, and spacks the victim by hand, etc.; (b) the victim took the victim into the nick of the victim's nick, and (c) the victim took the victim in the emergency stairs next to the office, and (d) the victim took the victim's hand, while harming the defendant's hand, and added the victim's chest part into the part above the victim's hand, putting the victim's hand into the part above the upper part of the victim's hand, putting the victim's finger, buck the victim's face into two arms, etc.; and (c) the victim revoked the victim's complaint.
