1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) shall:
A. As to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant), KRW 19,550,750, and KRW 6,000,00 among them, the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) shall be deemed as having been paid for KRW 19,550,750.
A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.
1. Basic facts

3. After that, the defendant, around September 6, 201, did not intend to pay the loan interest or take over the debt of the first loan after the plaintiff A acquired the debt of the first loan after six months, and the defendant again did not have any intention or ability to take over the debt of the first loan, and the plaintiff, "If the defendant takes over the first loan obligation only for six months, he/she shall faithfully pay the loan interest interest and take over the first loan obligation after six months."
