1. The Defendant’s sole crime committed on May 3, 2016, at the E convenience store operated by the victim D in Leecheon-si around 06:40 on May 3, 2016, in cash, 75,000 won in cash, which was owned by the victim of the damage, and 10,000 won in cultural merchandise coupon 2, and 5,000 won in cultural merchandise coupon 5,00 won.

2. On July 30, 2016, around 01:49, at the H convenience store operated by the victim D in Ischeon-si, the Defendant and F, to steal cash and tobacco in the above convenience store by taking advantage of the fact that F serves as an employee of the above convenience store.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with F.
On September 8, 2016, the Defendant was charged with non-detained with special larceny, etc. and is currently pending trial on September 8, 2016.
[Criminal facts]
1. On February 3, 2017, around 20:00 on February 3, 2017, the Defendant appeared to have opened the “J building” in Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, with witnessing the appearance of the residents of the said building to enter the password of the joint view, and used it to capture another’s property by intrusion into the said building.
Accordingly, the defendant intrudes into the above building by inputting the above entrance password, and enters the management room located adjacent to the first floor stairs of the above building, and made a theft with the first floor of 54,800 won, the market value of the victim K, which is located adjacent to the above building, and the apartment line containing the first floor of 54,800 won and the second floor.
