【Criminal Power】 On December 29, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum of ten months, for a short term of six months, and for a fine of 150,000 won at the Seoul Western District Court on December 29, 201; on January 7, 2014, the same court was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a year and for a fine of 30,000 won; on June 12, 2015, the same court was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; on July 12, 2016, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at the Gan vocational training prison on March 16, 2017.

1. From April 8, 2018 to 05:30 on April 8, 2018 to 10:00, the Defendant violated the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) accessed the victim’s “C” on the 1st underground floor located in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul, with a view to the victim’s galthothical 8 mobile phone devices, one credit card, one physical card, one resident registration certificate, and one cellular phone cases containing 50,000 won in cash.

Accordingly, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times due to larceny, etc. and has committed larceny during the period of repeated crime.

2. On April 8, 2018, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act: (a) purchased clothes, etc. at the “G clothes sales store” operated by the victim F in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul; (b) provided D’s H bank body cream card as indicated in paragraph (1), as if the card was the lawful holder of the card; and (c) paid the price; and (d) received clothing, etc. equivalent to KRW 159,000 at the market price from the victim; and (b) informed the victims by means of the same three times in total from around that time to around 11:05 of the same day, as indicated in attached Table 1, and (c) acquired money and valuables equivalent to KRW 1,670,000 at the market price from the victims.
