The defendant is a person who operates C Co., Ltd. (former D Co., Ltd.) for the purpose of selling and buying real estate, consulting, etc.

1. On November 7, 2008, the Defendant purchased from E on November 7, 2008, the amount of KRW 1653 square meters out of 22,332 square meters of forests and fields 22,653 square meters from G or H (hereinafter “I and eight parcels”). On November 19, 200, the Defendant filed a registration of transfer of shares equivalent to the said shares on the said parcels. On December 11, 2008, the Defendant purchased from J on November 7, 200, the amount of KRW 1653 square meters out of the above I and eight parcels and completed the registration of transfer of shares equivalent to the said shares on December 11, 2008.

The defendant purchased 1,00 square meters from L, M, N,O, P, Q, R, etc., an employee of the above company at the office of the above company located in Seocheon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City. The defendant also purchased 1,00 square meters in the above company's capital, "if you open the land, the distance from Seoul if you open the land, and it is increased by many people in Seoul, and an elementary school is increasing." And entertainment has made many lots of houses and live in it. And it is good land even at the time of opening the house and living.
