The Defendant, “2016 Highest 2428,” despite the absence of a certain place of work, did not seem to have worked in the SKB World, and did so in mind to receive loans from the victim D who operated the C.

1. Around June 17, 2015, the Defendant forged private document: (a) in the PC room located in the new 3-dong Seoul Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, using a computer, used a computer to form the certificate of employment; and (b) from September 1, 2008, the Defendant prepared and printed a certificate of employment on June 16, 2015, with the purport that “Defendant A has joined the SKB World and has worked in the business/management department by entering the SKB World from September 1, 2008 to the present date”; and (c) affixed official seals arbitrarily inscribed on the side of each of the said SKB World.

In addition, the Defendant prepared and printed a written inquiry into the details of the deposit and withdrawal transactions in the form of a new bank (State) on June 16, 2015, stating the following: “Around April 13, 2015; May 13, 2015; and June 13, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 3,355,890, respectively, from the SKSD;” and “Around June 13, 2015, the Defendant received the payment of KRW 3,35,890, respectively.”

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising a certificate, the Defendant forged a certificate of employment in the name of SKB World, which is a private document on the certificate of fact, and a statement of entry and departure transaction in the name of a new bank (owner), respectively.

2. On June 16, 2015, the Defendant forged public document: (a) prepared and printed out a written confirmation of eligibility for health insurance on the name of the president of the National Health Insurance Corporation, stating that “the Defendant acquired the eligibility for health insurance as the Skbrid employment-provided policyholder on September 1, 2008,” at the time and place specified in paragraph (1); and (b) affixed official seal affixed at will on the back to the name of the president of the National Health Insurance Corporation.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the defendant is in the name of the president of the National Health Insurance Corporation, a public document, one copy of the National Health Insurance Acquisition and Loss Certificate.
