1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 39,770,300 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from August 1, 2015 to June 13, 2016; and (b) June 14, 2016 for the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, by July 31, 2015, supplied the Defendant with the product, such as “Various mining” until July 31, 2015, sought the payment of the outstanding amount.
