1. Of the land size of B 1,160 square meters, Defendant AT shall be 41/14,400, Defendant AU shall be 41/3,600, Defendant AV shall be 27/440, respectively.

Reasons

1. The Defendants, the inheritor of the title holder of ownership transfer registration, seek for the implementation of the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer based on the completion of prescriptive acquisition as to shares in inheritance to each of the Defendants, as the heir of the title holder of ownership transfer registration of the said real estate, inasmuch as the ownership of the said real estate was jointly and openly occupied and acquired for at least 20 years prior to the permanent display of the claim;
