1. The defendant shall transfer the bonds listed in attached Form 2 to B, and shall notify the Republic of Korea of the transfer of the above bonds.
Reasons
1. The description of the claim is as shown in Appendix 1.
2. Articles 208(3)1 and 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act, which hold a judgment without holding any pleadings.
