However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Crimes committed on September 10, 2017;

A. On September 10, 2017, at around 03:40, the Defendant: (a) committed larceny with a victim’s wallet 50,000 won in cash and one copy of the Han Bank Body Card, which was parked at a 606-lane 16, from the end of peace loan; (b) the victim C discovered and opened a door of the said vehicle that was parked by the victim C; and (c) caused the theft with a victim’s wall carrying the 500,000 won in cash and one copy of the Han Bank Body Card.

B. On September 10, 2017, around 06:24, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Financial Business: (a) purchased goods or received services on four or more occasions at the “F” shop located in the Dae-gu, Seoul; and (b) presented the stolen bank’s e-mail card to the victim G, who is the above main shop, as if he was one of its own, and had the female settle the price of the goods at KRW 105,00,000; (c) obtained the stolen credit card equivalent to the same amount of property profits by avoiding the payment of the price; and (d) acquired the stolen bank’s e-mail from around 03:49 on September 10, 2017 to around 20:05 on September 11, 2017; and (e) obtained the stolen bank’s e-mail card from around 03:49 on September 10, 2017 to around 20:06.

2. Crimes committed on January 13, 2018;

A. On January 13, 2018, the Defendant embezzled the property of which possession was separated from the victim’s possession without following necessary procedures, such as discovering the Nonghyup Card owned by the victim I and returning it to the victim, at around 20:0, the Defendant embezzled the property that was separated from the victim’s possession.

B. (1) On January 13, 2018, the Defendant purchased more than KRW 25,000 of the market price from “J store” located in the above underground shopping mall on January 21, 2018, and the said “J store” employees.
