A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Punishment of the crime
On January 20, 198, the Defendant was sentenced to a short term of two years for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Daegu District Court. On January 16, 1991, the Daegu High Court sentenced on seven years for a special larceny, etc., and sentenced on eight years for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Daegu High Court on January 19, 199. On July 14, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment of two years and six months for a habitual larceny, etc. in its branch of the Daegu District Court on August 2, 2019.
On December 2, 2019, from around 03:30 to 04:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered a DNA rocketing car parking lot located in Seongbuk-gu, Changwon-si; and (b) destroyed a dystring glass window which the victim C parked in its place; and (c) destroyed the dystring, which was in possession of the dystring, and then stolen a golf-related one and 17 golf bonds worth KRW 2 million at the market price stored in the car.
In addition, from around that time to February 9, 2020, the Defendant attempted to steal or steal the property owned by the victims on seven occasions in total, such as the list of crimes in the attached Form.
As a result, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times due to theft, robbery, robbery, etc., and was habitually stolen, or attempted to steals another's property during the period of repeated crime.
