When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On October 27, 2013, at around 15:25, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol with a section of about 200 meters from the front of the sports complex in the Asan-si Pungdong to the front of the Asan-dong Pung apartment to the front of the Asan-dong Pungdong.
