1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 23,259,519 as well as 17% per annum from October 25, 2003 to August 1, 2006.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Public Notice) applies mutatis mutandis to the following cases: (a) “creditor” shall be deemed to be “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant”; (b)
