1. From September 10, 201 to June 23, 2011, Plaintiff A’s lawsuit against the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation against Defendant C’s trustee in bankruptcy.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On August 24, 2010, Plaintiff A received the share of 363.487/542 out of 542 square meters in the Seoul Central District Court’s H Real Estate Compulsory Auction procedure. On September 10, 2010, Plaintiff A received the share of 1/2 out of 56 square meters, JJ large 43 square meters, 2/10 out of 66 square meters in K large 102 square meters, 1/2 shares in L large 102 square meters, 420.8/1,073 shares in M large 1,073 square meters, and 1/2 shares out of 420.8/1,073 square meters in N large 439 square meters in the Seoul Central District Court’s O, P (Dual), and Q (Dual Real Estate Auction procedure on September 10, 2010.
B. On April 21, 2011, Plaintiff B purchased 79 square meters in Tous, U 23 square meters, and V 727 square meters in 231/727 square meters, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the same day.

The remaining Defendants, except Defendant 634, indicated in the column for “number of floors” and “number of units” in the attached Tables 2 and 3 among the buildings in Annex 1, J, T, K, K, L, U, V, G, X, M, N, Y, Z-based 6th floor above the Z ground and the 15th floor above the ground (hereinafter “instant building”) on the 15th floor in Seoul, Jung-gu and 12 lots of land, including each of the above land (hereinafter “each of the instant buildings”), which are indicated in the column for “period” in each of the above Table, among the buildings in which the Plaintiffs acquired ownership of each land during the period from the date on which the Plaintiffs sought unjust enrichment to December 31, 2013, which is the completion date.
(Plaintiff A is one of sectional owners who own during the period from September 10, 2010 to December 31, 2013, and Plaintiff B from April 21, 201 to December 31, 2013).
Among the buildings in this case, the total area of the section for exclusive use and the section for common use owned by each store owned by the Defendants except Defendant D (hereinafter referred to as “sale area”) is as indicated in the “sale area” in attached Tables 2 and 3.
E. Meanwhile, on June 29, 2013, Plaintiff A sold 2/56 shares of the I land to A, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on July 11, 2013, Plaintiff AB sold 2.14/56 shares of the said land to AB on August 5, 2013, and on September 2013.
