On March 4, 2015, the Defendant, along with C, lent the name of the representative director of the said company to F while operating “E” in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building No. 203, but as a matter of value added tax, the name of the new representative director who is requested to change the representative director from F to F, the Defendant acquired G’s seal imprint certificate, resident registration certificate, and copy of the driver’s license, and decided to change the representative director of E’s corporate registry and business registration from F to G.

On the other hand, G issued a certificate of seal impression, a certified copy of resident registration, a copy of a driver's license, etc. to a person who will know his/her own loan around May 13, 2015, but notified that it is difficult to lend due to bad credit standing. The above certificate of seal impression, etc. was delivered to the defendant et al. due to bad credit standing.

On May 26, 2015, upon C’s request, the Defendant requested C to change the representative director of E corporation registry from F to G, and the J accepted this. < Amended by Act No. 13787, May 26, 2015>

Accordingly, the defendant and the J conspired with C to complete the registration of change of the representative director of the register of the corporation by forging the letter of appointment of the representative director, power of attorney, and seal registration in the name of G without obtaining the acceptance of the appointment of the representative director of E from G.

Done and printed “written acceptance of taking office” as stated in “G” on February 26, 2015 and “G of inside directors and representative directors,” and signed and sealed G’s seal on the name next to that of G, and made the letter of delegation.
