2. Defendant B Co., Ltd.

A. On October 22, 2008, Defendant B Co., Ltd. established Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant B”). On November 14, 201, Chungcheongbuk-do Governor filed an application for approval of the industrial complex plan with Defendant B to create an industrial complex (hereinafter “instant industrial complex”) on the ground of 548,66 square meters in Chungcheongbuk-gun C, F Japan-do, and Do Governor on November 14, 201. On May 25, 201, Chungcheongbuk-do Governor approved and publicly announced the industrial complex plan of this case with the following content.
