1. The defendant shall receive on June 28, 2006 from the Daegu District Court concerning each real estate listed in the separate sheet to B.

Reasons

1. The registration of the establishment of a mortgage on the part of paragraph (1) of the specification of the claim is null and void because there is no relationship of the underlying claim. The plaintiff seeks the cancellation of the registration of the establishment of a mortgage on the part of the insolvent B in subrogation of B by making the claim for indemnity against B as the preserved right.
