1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 70,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 2, 2015 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, “creditor” shall be deemed to be “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant”). 2. Judgment by service by applicable provisions of law (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act, but Article 208(3)3 of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings was amended to 15%, and the delay rate under
