1. Larceny;

A. At around 11:00 on October 2, 2013, the Defendant discovered a bank owned by the victim C from the head of the FF Freight Vehicle Lighting, which was in front of the Estresponding Party D, the door was unlocked, and then stolen the bank from the victim’s cash amounting to KRW 31,00,000, China’s land closure amounting to KRW 100, New Zealand, USD 20, No. 11, agricultural credit card collection amounting to KRW 50,000, and one bank credit card amounting to KRW 20,000.

B. At around 08:30 on October 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened an I-type vehicle in front of the extreme shooting distance located in the Sindog-ri, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; and (b) cut off a copy of the I-type vehicle in front of the extreme shooting distance; (c) one copy of the I-type bank (SC) owned by the victim G; (d) Handphone case, No. 25,000 won of the market price owned by the victim H; (d) one copy of the No. 335,00 won of the vehicle; and (e) one copy of the Agricultural Cooperative Security Card; and (e) one copy of the automobile driver’s license.

C. At around 09:40 on October 3, 2013, the Defendant discovered a bank owned by the victim J from the head of Lart vehicle with no door set at the K parking lot located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and then stolen the door of the vehicle by putting the door on one wall for women, which is equivalent to KRW 700,000, and KRW 370,000, in cash, of the market price owned by the victim.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On October 2, 2013, at around 11:50 on October 2, 2013, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) purchased one cigarette of the amounting to 27,000 won at the market price from the O convenience store operated by the victim M in the voice group N in Chungcheongbuk-gun; (b) used a stolen credit card by presenting the stolen credit card to P, an employee, as in paragraph (a) of the above 1, as he/she had presented it as a legitimate licensee; and (c) receive property from the said employee; and (d) around October 3, 2013:51.
