For the reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court upheld the first instance judgment that acquitted the Defendants of the instant facts charged (excluding the part concerning the charge) on the grounds that there was no proof of crime.

In light of the records, the above determination by the court below is just and acceptable. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles as to the duty of care in the crime of acquiring stolen goods, and

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
