On March 6, 2018, the Defendant driven a BT malon car at a section of about 100 meters from the 100-meter radius to the front of the convenience store in the GS25 city in the Gyeongdong-gun, GS25 city, the Gyeongdong-gun, the Gyeongbuk-gun, the Gyeongbuk-gun, the eropo-gun, the alcohol level of which is 0.128%.
