1. The defendant paid KRW 25,00,000 to the plaintiff as well as 5% per annum from September 4, 2020 to November 5, 2020.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment without any applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Determination of consolation money shall be 25,00,000 won in full view of the marriage period and family relations of the Plaintiff and C, the Defendant’s misconduct and degree, and the period of fraudulent act.
