Partial dismissal (if a duplicate of complaint is served until September 29, 2015), the statutory interest rate of Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings is promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, the statutory interest rate of this case shall be recognized only as calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from September 16, 2015 to September 30, 2015, the day following the delivery date of a duplicate of complaint of this case, and 15% per annum from the next day to the day of complete payment, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
