Unless otherwise agreed, the right to the completion of a contract for sale shall be ten years;
Where the parties have not agreed on the period of exercise as a kind of right to form a contract for purchase and sale, the period of exclusion shall be ten years and the period shall expire after the lapse of the exclusion period.
