1. As to KRW 44,712,242 and KRW 44,431,742 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the year from April 29, 2014 to August 31, 2015.

Reasons

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in the evidence Nos. 1 through 6, the facts in the separate sheet (Provided, That the "creditor" is deemed the plaintiff and the "debtor" shall be deemed the defendant). As such, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 44,712,242 won and 44,431,742 won per annum 12% per annum from April 29, 2014 to August 31, 2015, the agreed damages rate of 8% per annum from September 1, 2015 to April 9, 2019, the delivery date of the original copy of the payment order in this case, and 15% per annum from April 10, 2019 to May 31, 2019, and damages for delay from June 1, 2019 to June 21, 2019.
