1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the second floor of the building indicated in the attachment real estate;
(b) 17,260,000 won; and
1. Indication of Claim: Around 2012, the Plaintiff, as the owner of the building indicated in the Annexed Real Estate, leased the second floor of the building indicated in the Annexed Real Estate to the Defendant by setting the deposit of KRW 5 million, monthly rent of KRW 9.3 million, and the period from June 30, 2012 to May 29, 2014. The claim in this case was filed since the period from June 30, 2012 to April 30, 2015 expired.
2. Grounds for determination: Judgment without oral argument by the defendant due to his/her failure to submit a written response (Articles 208(3)1 and 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act)
