1. The plaintiff's appeal against the defendants is dismissed.

Reasons

The reasoning for this Court's explanation concerning this case is as follows: (a) adding "the evidence submitted by the plaintiff" and "the additional materials submitted by the court" to the bottom of the sixthth judgment of the court of first instance, and subsequent to "the evidence submitted by the plaintiff", it is the same as the written judgment of the court of first instance; and (b) therefore, it is acceptable in accordance with Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
