A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
500,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
To issue an order for provisional payment of the amount of the above additional collection.
Punishment of the crime
[2015 Highest 3403] The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. On April 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.03 grams of the Mesofts (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) which is a local mental medicine, into two for a single injection machine; (b) injected into two for a single injection machine; (c) injected into each part of the Melopon; and (d) injected into each part of the Melopon.
2. On April 2015, the Defendant: (a) posted approximately 0.03 grams along with G in a single-use injection machine; and (b) dilution with bio-phones into two parts of a single-use injection machine; and (c) administered them in a way of injection into each part of his/her arms.
3. The Defendant, around the first night of May 2015, posted approximately 0.03 grams in the G’s residence in Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, into two for a single-use injection machine, dilution into two for a single-use injection machine, and administered them in a way of injection into each of his/her arms.
4. On June 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.03 grams with G into two single-use injection devices; and (b) injected them into their own blood cells around the beginning of the new wall in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; and (c) injected them by inserting approximately 0.03 grams with G into two single-use injection devices; and (d) injected them into their own blood cells.
5. On December 10, 2015, at around 23:00, the Defendant administered the Defendant in a way of dilution with approximately 0.03g of philophones contained in a single-use injection machine, and injection into the Defendant’s arms blood transfusion.
[2016 Highest 36] The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
On October 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 17:00, around 17:00, in the middle of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan City M, administered phiphones by means of inserting N on the spot together with N,O, and sexually in the guest room; and (b) inserting the upper volume of Mepta (one philophone; hereinafter referred to as “philophones”) into a single-use injection machine; and (c) dilution it by inserting it into the Defendant’s arms.
