1. The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant operates a “D” office located in the first floor of the third floor building located in the Nam-gu Seoul metropolitan area.
around August 2009, the Defendant received 100 million won from the Korea Labor Welfare Corporation for the purpose of deposit, and leased the said office store from E residing on the third floor, from around September 2010 to around September 201, the Defendant joined approximately KRW 17,90,000,000 in total of the tegrative cost and the cost of equipment through the Corporation’s own construction from around September 2010. On October 20, 2010, the Defendant purchased a fire insurance product that can receive KRW 30,000,000 in house fixtures, KRW 30,000,000 in house fixtures, and KRW 130,000,000,000 in house fixtures, which is a fire insurance product that can receive compensation for the amount of KRW 130,000,000 from that time, and paid approximately KRW 20,000 in the above office building.
