[The judgment of the court of first instance is justifiable even if the evidence submitted by the defendant was examined as a whole without significantly different from the grounds alleged in the court of first instance from that alleged in the grounds for each of the parties’ respective arguments in the court of first instance (the 10,000 won, which the plaintiff remitted to the defendant by the plaintiff to the defendant). 2.
