Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On November 25, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to one-year suspended sentence of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) at the Incheon District Court’s Branch Branch Branch on November 25, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 29, 2012.
【Criminal Facts】
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. On March 11, 201, the Defendant carried a philophone by keeping a bank with approximately 0.8g of psychotropic drugs from K, a psychotropic drug, at the guest room in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City F, at approximately 11:00, in a clopon.
2. On February 2, 2012, around 03:00, the Defendant: (a) at the guest room of “R” telephone 405, located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City F; (b) issued S with 0.03g of philophones contained in a disposable injection machine.
3. At the time and place set forth in paragraph 2, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03 g of philophones into a single-use injection machine, and melted raw water as soon as possible, and administered philophones by means of injection into his arms.
4. The Defendant issued S, at the same place of 05:0 on the same day as that set forth in paragraph 2, approximately 0.03 g of philophones contained in a disposable injection machine, with a dry philophones.
5. At the time and place set forth in paragraph 4, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03 g of philophones into a single-use injection machine, melting the aquatic life as soon as possible, and administering philophones by means of injection into his arms.
