1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 27,39,110 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 12, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
In full view of the purport of each statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 6, the plaintiff supplied fishery products from February 15, 2008 to April 13, 2015, and it can be acknowledged that the amount of goods unpaid by the defendant constitutes 27,339,110. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from June 12, 2015 to the date of full payment after the copy of the complaint in this case was served on the defendant.
Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
