1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 30,000,000, and 6% per annum from March 23, 2014 to January 14, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On March 22, 2014, the maturity date of the claim, the Industrial Bank of Korea Kimpo-hwan branch, and the issue date of the electronic bill (number 0032013123000006812) dated December 23, 2013, the Defendant endorsed on the said bill as the first endorsement. The Plaintiff acquired the said bill and presented the payment at the place of payment, but was refused to pay for the shortage of deposit. However, the Defendant, who is the endorser, claimed the above amount of KRW 30 million and damages for delay from March 23, 2014, which is the date following the maturity date (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
