1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 46,326,868 and KRW 34,020,491 among them, from September 28, 2001 to June 3, 2004.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(Provided, That the creditor shall be deemed to be the "Plaintiff", and the debtor shall be deemed to be the "Defendant", and the payment order for the defendant C and D has become final and conclusive, respectively);

A. Judgment on Defendant A by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)

B. Judgment as to Defendant B by deeming confession (Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act)
