1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 200,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 30, 2015 to the date of full payment.
According to each of the statements in Gap evidence 1 through 8, the facts of the reasons for the claim can be recognized.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 20 million won out of the total amount of the remaining loans and 15% of the annual damages for delay under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from October 30, 2015 to the day of full payment, as claimed by the plaintiff, as the day after each payment period for the plaintiff's 20 million won from the total amount of the remaining loans and the day after each payment period for the plaintiff. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case seeking this payment shall be accepted for the reasons for the plaintiff's claim
