The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

Reasons

After the defendant appealed against the lower judgment on October 18, 2012 and filed an appeal. On November 16, 2012, the fact that he/she did not submit the statement of grounds for appeal within 20 days from the date he/she received the notification of the receipt of the trial records and the notice of the appointment of a state appointed defense counsel on November 16, 2012 is clear in the record, and the petition of appeal does not contain any grounds for appeal, and it is impossible to find any grounds for ex officio investigation on the record. Thus, the defendant’s appeal is dismissed pursuant to Articles 361-4(1) and 36
