A. On September 26, 2014, the Plaintiff: (a) set the Defendant a water purifier of the cold and hot water reservoir at 49,000 won per month; (b) 39 months during the compulsory use period; and (c) 42 months during the contractual use period.

B. As from November 2014, the Defendant was not obliged to pay the rental fee to the Plaintiff, and the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff money plus the unpaid rental fee, rental fee, and penalty during the mandatory use period.
