With respect to the foregoing case, this Court's decision No. 3 on August 8, 2018 was followed by the 5th sentence of the court decision sentenced on August 8, 2018.

Reasons

Clearly, it is clear that the entry of reduction of volume was omitted by mistake in the application column of the above judgment in the application column of the statutes, so it is decided to revise it ex officio in accordance with Article 25(1) of the Rules on Criminal Procedure.
