Punishment of the crime
On May 4, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court on May 4, 2018, and completed the enforcement of the sentence at the Incheon Detention House on October 26, 2018.
Criminal facts
1. On April 28, 2019, around 03:19, the Defendant sent another person’s mobile phone to the victim E, an employee, at the D convenience store located in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, stating that “No transportation cost is required to go to the house,” and that “I will pay 30,000 won to the Handphone,” and that I will pay 30,000 won to the Hand card at the 7th time of Abs.”
However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the price even if he was charged with transportation cards on credit with the victim due to the lack of occupation or import.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, was issued a T money card filled with KRW 30,00 from the victim’s place of residence.
2. On July 26, 2019, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim H, an employee, at G convenience stores located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Cheongju, stating that “If 40,000 won is leased due to a shortage of transportation costs, she shall be paid to 8,000 won in excess of transportation costs.”
However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay money even if he borrowed money from the victim due to the lack of occupation or income.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 40,00 won in cash from the victim’s position.
3. On July 30, 2019, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim K, who is an employee, at the J convenience store located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Cheongju, stating that “If 30,000 won are lent to the victim K, she shall be paid to 8,000 won in advance.”
However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay money even if he borrowed money from the victim due to the lack of occupation or income.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 30,000 won in cash from the victim’s position.
4. On July 31, 2018, the Defendant is in the Heung-gu L, Cheongju-si around 05:00.
