On December 24, 2015, the defendant stated that "the victim will purchase cultural product gift certificates" to the victim, considering that the victim would sell cultural product rights at the opening of the main cell phone store which is used to sell the right of cultural product.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the purchase price even if the purchase of cultural products rights is made.

Nevertheless, it has been provided 10,00 won 4 kinds of fin numbers with 10,00 won of cultural product right from victims.
