If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

1. On May 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) took a bath in an emergency room of C Hospital in Yancheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on May 20, 2013; (b) while being drunk in an emergency room of C Hospital B, the Defendant took a 119 first-time wound without any justifiable reason; (c) took a body of the victim D (24 years of age) who is his/her employee and her employee, with a multiple hand, tightly tight; and (d) making it difficult for the victim of D (24 years of age) who was in an emergency room in Yansi-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant: (d) taken the body of the victim at one time; and (d) cut the body on one hand; (e) making it difficult for the victim, who was in an emergency room, to take care of the parts under his/her arms; (e) taking the body around the victim, who was in his/her possession of the parts under his/her command, by taking the victim’s k.

2. The Defendant causing property damage, at a time, at the same time and place as mentioned in the above paragraph (1) above, shall damage a 4.40,000 won of the market price at the stop PC (examination color) operated by the victim F (the age of 35) who is the director of the hospital management division. In other words, the market price shall be 2.20,000 won by cutting down the blood pressure system for movement equivalent to the 2.25,000 won by hand, approximately 155,000 market price of the injection machine on the stop 155,000,0000, approximately 740,000 market price of the injection machine and approximately 80,000,000 market price of the stop 1,67,063 won of the stop.

3. The Defendant interfered with the operation of the hospital by force, by causing harm to the nurse who works in an emergency room at the same time and at a place as above 1, and by preventing the disturbance from entering the hospital's emergency room by destroying the equipment, ampample, ample, ample, computer, etc. at the scene, and destroying the floor.
