1. The defendant shall pay 6,4710,00 won to the plaintiff and 14% per annum from February 11, 2005 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On July 19, 2005, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant for the claim for reimbursement under the 2005Gapo-2385 of the Gwangju District Court, and was sentenced by the above court on July 19, 2005. The above judgment became final and conclusive on August 5, 2005, and the Plaintiff again filed the instant lawsuit for the interruption of extinctive prescription against the above judgment.
