On October 13, 2013, at around 19:40, the Defendant driven B Popsing vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license on the road of approximately 2 kilometers in the section of Busan Gangseo-gu, Busan, from around the pharmacy located in the father-dong, Kim Jong-si, Busan, to the front of the police box.
