【Criminal Facts】 Habitually, the Defendant

1. At the end of July 14, 2013, around 14:00, the victim D’s house located in Innju City, and the victim opened a gate that is not corrected by the house to go into the community center, and intrudes into the house, and then steals 150,500 won in cash owned by the victim who was inside the house;

2. From October 12:30 on the same day to October 6, 2013 to 14:00 on the same day, the victim came to the house of Victim F in E, and the victim opened the entrance door, which was locking between his family members, to go to the church, as a key to the church, and intrudes into the house, with the cash amounting to 94,000 won owned by the victim who was in the ward;

3. Around 14:00 on October 18, 2013, the victim H located in G had a string door, which was not corrected, and the victim’s cash 156,000 won in the string and the market price had one of the following: (a) the victim’s string line, which was located in the string; and (b) the victim’s string line, which was invaded into the house; and (c) the victim’s strings were stolen.
