However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant, while serving as an expert member or director from February 1, 2008 to March 31, 2012, is a person in charge of marine purchase of a procurement team that purchases equipment entered in ocean drilling lines, floating production storage facilities, etc., and is currently in charge of overall management of the purchase of drilling equipment.

1. On September 2008, the Defendant: (a) received an illegal solicitation from G Chairperson Co., Ltd., the supply of oil refining facilities, to the effect that “the project to create a floating production and storage facility in the name of “frequency project”, which is a project to store and refined petroleum, which is a large-scale type of oil that stores and refined petroleum; and (b) made a product with a function to separate bru oil and water and store oil wastes, and to supply products with hot oil with hot gas gas from around September 2008 to October 200; (c) received KRW 50 million from the first floor of the office building of the Kimhae International Airport in the Republic of Korea located in Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Busan International Airport from around 108 to around 10, from around September 2008 to around 10.

Accordingly, the Defendant acquired the property in return for an illegal solicitation in relation to his duties.

2. On May 5, 2011, the Defendant received an illegal solicitation from H to the effect that “The amount resulting from the alteration of design specifications has changed from the supply case of the previous project,” and that “a project to create a floating production storage facility named as a “clob” ordered by the French Party of the Crobro project, which is a project to create the soft production storage facility, so that he may participate in the function such as the above sofrocul and deliver the bee and heat exchange equipment by participating in the development of the function as the above part,” and that he sawed a room containing KRW 100 million in cash from the J frequency located in Ja in Ja-si, Ja-si.

Accordingly, the defendant receives property in return for an illegal solicitation as above in relation to his duties.
