1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 200,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 23, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Defendant, on April 5, 201, committed an agreement with the Plaintiff to pay KRW 200,000,000 to the Plaintiff by December 31, 2011, and thus, the Plaintiff is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the agreed amount of KRW 200,000,000 as well as the delay damages.
