No dispute between the parties or comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 2 through 8 (including the paper numbers), K registered its business under the name of L and engaged in the manufacturing of bedclothes with the trade name "N" at the Daegu-gu M from Oct. 1, 2010 to Apr. 30, 2013; O from Aug. 2012 to "P," operated the wholesale and retail business of the above N's office in the trade name "P" and sold bedclothes manufactured by K;O purchased the building and site of N's factory from K on Feb. 10, 2013, and acquired all rights to factory machinery, inventory and business from the representative director of the K's company, and sold the same site to the defendant K's company's establishment and sale of the same B's money and goods as the above N's office in accordance with the provision of the attached Table No. 973, Mar. 7, 2013.
