The defendant shall be innocent.

Reasons

1. On December 27, 1993, around 05:54 on December 27, 1993, an employee of the defendant specified in the facts charged, the penal provisions applied to the summary order subject to review on December 2, 1993, lose its retroactive effect according to the Constitutional Court’s decision of unconstitutionality, and thus, the defendant is acquitted pursuant to the former part of Article 3
